Sales of Our Programs And Services

All our educational and informational programs and services are aimed at helping you achieve certain results in your life or business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve any particular goal. In fact, we are providing our informational programs and services to you as just that: information. You are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information and services we provide and any resulting outcomes. Furthermore, any testimonials of other students in our programs are no guarantee of your own success but are simply provided as examples of what others are doing.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds on any of our products or services at this time.

Name and Likeness Permission & Release

You agree that if you attend an event live or online, you give us permission to audio and video record and photograph you and to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photograph of you at the event for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed. You irrevocably grant us the rights to use your name, likeness, and any audio/video recordings of you without further payment and without the ability to review the final product.

Payment Plans

You are responsible for all agreed-upon payments if you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan. If any payments are not received in a timely manner, the entire purchase is void, and no payments will be refunded. If you use a third-party lender, even one suggested by us, you agree to perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.

When You Buy from an Affiliate

We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of God; hostility; telecommunication outage; government restrictions; a pandemic, or other event outside our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

For customer service inquiries, customers may e-mail us their questions. Besides a client e-mail address, we do not request that users submit personal information online for customer service inquiries. We may, however, ask for additional non-personal information to better help us respond to customer-service questions. We use the client's e-mail address to communicate directly with clients about service-related questions and provide them with answers that they and their clients may find helpful. We do not sell, transfer or share a client's e-mail address with third parties, with the exception that the information is transferred, disclosed, and shared with our third-party agent, who uses the information solely to handle and manage customer service, but cannot use it for other purposes and has agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information. Once our third-party agent or we have had a chance to provide e-mail responses to customer service e-mail questions, the client's e-mail address is deleted from our system.

Governing Law

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. The federal and state courts in the State of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website. You waive all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and the venue in such courts.
